Information we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email address, and — for physical SIM orders — a shipping address. Payments are processed by Stripe; we receive a confirmation and the last four digits of the card, and we never see or store full card details.
In operating the service we process technical records generated by the network, such as the volume of data used, the network your SIM attached to, and the times of those sessions. We do not inspect the content of your traffic and we do not build advertising profiles.
How we use it
To activate and supply your service, to bill you and prevent fraud, to provide support, and to send service messages such as usage warnings and renewal notices.
We send marketing email only if you opt in, and every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential service messages.
Who we share it with
With the network operators and wholesale partners needed to provision your SIM, with our payment processor, and with service providers who host our systems or deliver our email — all under contract and only for those purposes.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Account and billing records are kept for as long as you are a customer and then for the period required by tax and telecommunications record-keeping rules. Technical network records are kept for a shorter operational period and then aggregated or deleted.
Your choices
You can access and correct your details in your account, or ask us to. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to a copy of your data, to deletion, or to opt out of certain sharing.
- To make a request, email us and we will verify your identity before acting.
- California residents may exercise CCPA/CPRA rights, including the right to know and to delete.
- We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Security and children
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege administration. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your account.
The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
